This “User Agreement” document (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a proposal of IE Navaznova V.V., posted on the website www.rusminigun.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), to conclude an agreement on the terms of the Agreement set forth below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. You hereby confirm that from the moment of registration on the Site and during the time of using the Site, as well as personalized services of the Site, you are the Site User up to your personal appeal to the Site Administration with a request to refuse any relationship with the Site.

c) The Agreement (including any of its parts) may be modified by the Site without any special notice. The new edition of the Agreement enters into force from the moment of its posting on the Website or bringing to the notice of the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement.

General Terms of Use

3. User's obligations when using the Site

3.1.12. Violations of Russian or international law.
3.2.You agree not to use abusive words, obscene and offensive images, comparisons and expressions on the Site, including in relation to gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, language of a person and citizen, as well as in relation to organizations, bodies authorities, official state symbols (flags, emblems, hymns), religious symbols, objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments).

5.4.You confirm that the payment of the order by electronic money, credit card, from a personal mobile phone account must be made within 2 calendar days from the date of its registration on the Site. You agree that in case of non-payment of the order after the specified period, the order may be canceled.

5.5. The site delivers the goods in the following ways: postal delivery services of the Russian Post.
5.6.You agree that if it is impossible to transfer the goods to you through your fault, including violation of the period during which you are obliged to pick up the goods, the Site will consider it your refusal from the goods. In this case, the product is returned to the Site, and the order is considered canceled.
5.7.In case of your refusal from the goods, as well as in the absence of the goods ordered by you, the advance payment to the Website for the goods, excluding the expenses of the Website for the delivery of goods, will be returned to you no later than 10 calendar days from the date of presentation.

6. Responsibility
